At Royal Roastery, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet beans and snacks; if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Securely
Place the unopened items in their original packaging and include a printed copy of your authorization email to ensure fast processing.
Refund Processing
Once our roastery receives and inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
